It Starts with the Steel
Quality fasteners demand quality steel. We source premium wire rods (CHQ Grade) from certified Indian steel mills (like Tata/JSW). Our in-house wire drawing and spheroidizing annealing process ensures the raw material has the perfect grain structure before it ever touches a molding machine. We process a wide range of grades including SAE 1010, 1018, 1541, and 4140. Every coil carries a unique Heat Number for 100% traceability, ensuring that if you ever need to track a bolt back to its original melt, we have the records.
Cold Forging & Heading
Our multi-station bolt formers and headers operate at high speeds to produce dimensionally consistent fasteners. Whether it’s a standard Hex Bolt or a custom automotive part, our forging capability ensures grain flow integrity for maximum strength. Our facility houses 5-station bolt formers capable of handling diameters from M6 up to M30 with lengths up to 300mm. This cold-working process not only improves the tensile strength of the component but also minimizes material waste, allowing us to offer you more competitive pricing on high-volume orders.
Precision Thread Rolling
The thread is the most critical part of the fastener. We utilize flat-die and planetary thread rolling machines to create smooth, precise threads that meet strict Go/No-Go gauge requirements. This cold-forming process increases the surface hardness and fatigue strength of the thread. We maintain strict adherence to Thread Class 6g and 2A tolerances. Beyond standard metric and imperial threads, our setup allows for specialized knurling and grooving operations, ensuring that even complex custom prints are executed with zero thread damage during handling.
Heat Treatment (The "Invisible" Quality)
To achieve Grades 8.8, 10.9, and 12.9, accurate heat treatment is non-negotiable. Our continuous mesh-belt furnaces with automatic atmosphere control ensure uniform hardness and decarburization-free surfaces across every single batch. The process includes precise oil quenching followed by controlled tempering to relieve internal stresses and achieve the required ductility. For high-tensile parts (Grade 10.9+), we employ strict hydrogen de-embrittlement cycles to prevent delayed fractures, guaranteeing reliability in critical structural applications.
Surface Protection & Coating
Corrosion is the #1 complaint in international shipping. We offer a wide range of anti-corrosive coatings tested for salt-spray hours (SST).

We understand that thick coatings like Hot Dip Galvanizing (HDG) can interfere with thread fitment. To solve this, we perform controlled over-tapping of the mating nuts to ensure smooth assembly without stripping the coating.
For our high-tensile fasteners (Grade 10.9 and 12.9), we strictly mitigate Hydrogen Embrittlement—a silent killer in plated parts. All high-strength components undergo a mandatory De-hydrogenation Baking process (curing at 200°C for 4+ hours) immediately after pickling and plating. This crucial step, performed per ISO 4042 standards, eliminates trapped hydrogen that causes delayed brittle fractures.
In-House Quality Assurance Lab
We don’t guess; we test. Third-party inspections are welcome, but our internal standards often exceed ISO requirements. Every shipment is accompanied by a detailed MTC (Mill Test Certificate) traceable to the heat number.
Packaging & Logistics
To ensure zero-damage delivery, we adhere to strict ISPM-15 heat-treatment standards for all wooden packaging, eliminating quarantine risks at destination ports. Inside the cartons, we utilize VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) liners to create an invisible chemical barrier against saline humidity. Furthermore, every pallet is strapped with high-tensile PET bands and secured within the container using industrial lashing belts and airbags to prevent movement during rough sea conditions.”
